Neighbor to Neighbor covers, the cities of Frazee and Vergas, along with the townships of Burlington, Dora, Candor, Gorman, Hobart, Silverleaf and Edna. We are willing to serve seniors outside this area if they have trouble finding other local service providers. We will serve any senior (age 60 or older) who can make use of these services regardless of income or need.

 

We strive to make services affordable or free with a very generous sliding fee policy. We are also set up to serve people who receive the Elderly Waiver from Minnesota Medicaid. We are limited in our ability to transport people with severe disabilities since transportation is done exclusively by volunteers in their own vehicles. We are able to assist people in finding transportation with agencies equipped to handle these needs in an appropriate and safe manner.
